The safety of road transport is one of the most important issues the last years.
Statistical data show more and more theft, smuggling, violence… Last year in Europe, we have figures of more than 200 000 abuses. An important part can be indicated as theft of load and theft of fuel. With b-Alert, we offer an efficient tool to help you with this nasty problem.
b.Alert aims at stopping this. b.Alert is an intelligent warning system detecting any unwanted intrusion in the load of containers and soft sided trucks. The patented technology is based on vibration measurements combined with sofisticated algoritmes.

b.Alert is the first active solution for intrusion of load in trucks. It is an (active) alarm system that is activated once the truck comes to a halt.
1. Principle and working
The systems consist of 2 elements:
- 2 sensors to put on the trailer.
- a main unit in the cabin.
Both are measuring vibrations, and communicate wireless. Basicly the main unit in the cabin is a fixed system, while for the trailer the sensors can be moved, because one truck hauls several trailers. With an unwanted intrusion as theft, entering the trailer by unwanted passengers … an alarm is given.
The haulier can choose the way in which the alarm is given :
- a logging, i.e. notification of time of alarm
- a traditional loud sound
- a silent alarm to a control center or to the mobile of the driver
- a silent alarm to a secure parking by WIFI
- …
Those systems can be perfectly integrated in existing board computers and other secure systems as track & trace, classical alarm, engine immobilizer, … having already those communications.
